Rated 1 out of 5?by NOO The main problem is the office staff and the management company. I read bad reviews about GMS management before i moved in but I didnt listen to them and i wish i would have. One month when i sent in my rent check i accidentally left the amount blank, instead of calling me and telling me they needed another check they sent me an eviction notice. They let me pay the rent and stay but a simple phone call would have solved the problem in the first place. There were several other similar occurences that resulted from the office staffs' inability to communicate with tenats. Also the pool has been bull dozed for over a year now. The apartments themselves are pretty nice for the price but just not worth the headache. I am now renting a house and I could not be happier to get out of this property. May 7, 2013
