Rated 4 out of 5?by Kevin Very Enjoyable I love the look and feel of these apartments, I do wish though that the one bedrooms had a patio as well as most of the 3 bedrooms. The grounds are kept nice and it appears that most people enjoy themselves here. January 9, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5?by mousey1989 Cheap apartment for the Athens area, but with a few drawbacks. Although the rent is reasonably priced for the surrounding inflated market, I have a few complaints about the complex. First off, I live on the middle floor-one apartment above me and one apartment below me. Not to be dramatic but I hear the people in the apartment above me walking and talking (at a normal volume). I can also smell their food and showers from time to time. However, I do not hear the people in the apartments below or beside me. So if you decide to live here, I greatly suggest living on the top floor. Also, additional utilities are added to the stated rental price (i.e. trash-$8, flat gas rate-$25, water-$30, electric for the hallways-$6). This usually adds up to around $60-100 more than the rental price. The apartment does not have its own water tank so water is divided by the number of tenants in the building.Maintenance comes into your apartment to read the meter in the bedroom once a month. On the plus side, heating the apartment during the winter is cheap because it is gas ($25-35 per month for a 2-bedroom apartment). May 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by Canter45 Best space for the money in Athens! Lived in a two bedroom and then upgraded to three bedroom. Spacious apartments. Absolute best value in Athens. Quiet atmosphere, demographic is grad students and professionals. I had a few minor repairs needed and they were taken care of promptly. It's a nicely landscaped property, seems secluded but right in town. Def recommend. June 13, 2013
