Situated about four miles southwest of Downtown Fargo and five miles southwest of North Dakota State University, Willow Park is a fast-growing neighborhood filled with mature trees and tidy homes along quiet streets. Apartments in Willow Park are not only convenient to downtown and the university, but they are also directly west of Rabanus Park and the West Acres Regional Shopping Center.
Willow Park extends from 13th Avenue south to I-94, with 45th Street South forming the eastern border.
