Rated 5 out of 5?by staaysee love living here! My husband and I moved here in August and have nothing but positive things to say about it! The complex is new, clean, and well kept. The staff in the office is AMAZING - they go out of their way to make life easier. I also enjoy the number of community events that they have organized, as well as the nice perks like providing some breakfasts and dinners for the complex! The location is probably what sold us. It is only a few blocks from Elon Law and all of the restaurants/bars downtown. It is perfectly situated to reach many running and walking trails. We feel safe and comfortable here! January 23, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by GAW Love It I spent a fair amount of time researching apartments in the downtown Greensboro area before selecting the Greenway? online, exploring and visiting? but in the end the choice was easy. For me the pluses were: New -- Forget living with pealing paint, moldy bathrooms or worn carpeting. I visited several apartments that had character and charm, but they also had all the issues of places that had been around for years. Location ? I?m in downtown Greensboro (access to restaurants el al). I?m minutes from Friendly Center and it?s a short drive to the MTB trails to the north. It?s pretty central to anywhere you want to go in Greensboro. One of my goals was to be able to come home from work (I work out of town) and park the car for the night. I wanted to be able to walk for most of my needs. Once Deep Roots opens up in the spring, this will be even more of a reality. Kitchen ? Big. Granite counter tops. Built-in microwave. For those who love to cook like myself, a stove with two large eyes (not the usual one). A deep, two-basin sink. Dishwasher. Natural Light ? Big windows and a usable balcony (not just a decoration). I also wanted a place where I could leave the windows open all day long when weather permitted. Staff is fabulous. I?ve been here since late July and have had zero issues. Highly recommended. Rated 5 out of 5?by GriffsLax17 Unbeatable Location, Stellar Amenities and Great Community When I relocated to be closer to my downtown office, I researched all possible living situations and I could have saved myself considerable time as I knew from the moment I toured the Greenway at Fisher Park community that this was where I needed to be. A great location near downtown and across the street from the ballpark, coupled with unparalleled amenities and an unprecedented community of residents made my decision an easy one and makes it a decision that I have not, and will not regret. Rated 5 out of 5?by BAS52485 Unparalleled apartment living in the heart of downtown Greensboro My fiance and I moved into one if the Greenway's brand new apartments in October 2012 and we could not be happier. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, and the amenities are unmatched by any other apartment complex we looked at. There are cheaper apartments in Greensboro, but there aren't nicer ones (at least not anywhere downtown#. My fiance and I regularly walk to bars, restaraunts, and other attractions in the heart of Greensboro's blossoming downtown business and entertainment district. And there's a brand new Deeproots #like Wholefoods, but only local) coming in the early spring 2013 to a new building RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!!!. We are so pumped! November 28, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5?by drewaj6 Amazing place to live! Greenway at Fisher Park is a great place to live. It's location is extremely convienient to downtown and is very close to Wendover Ave and Battleground Ave, so it's easy to get to other areas of town as well. The staff are extremely welcoming and accomodating. The apartments are well-sized for 1 and 2-bedrooms. The Ammenditities are among the best that I've seen: a workout room, rooftop terrace, public gas grills, salt-water pool, and a sports lounge. The apartments are very energy efficient (I haven't paid more than $40 a month so far# and stay warm when it gets cold outstide #I haven't turned my heat or A/C on in weeks and it's holding at about 68 degrees). Overall, just a great place to be! November 28, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5?by mc2012 Love it I've been living in Greensboro as a student for a few years and wanted to move downtown after I graduated. This place was the perfect fit. It's right on the edge of downtown.. but on the nicer edge right by Fisher Park with nice neighborhoods and areas to go running. I love being able to walk downtown and feel safe. I also get home from work late evenings and it's nice to feel safe in the parking lot alone at night. And there's always a parking spot available by my building. In the warmer months, the pool, rooftop, etc. are amazing. I've had friends over that said it felt like I lived in a resort. There's even coffee in the lobby and free yoga two nights a week. Plus the staff is awesome. Anytime we have a question they're easy to work with and always get right back to us if they're not in the office. November 28, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5?by LLing218 Best Living Choice I Could Have Made! I had just taken a job in Greensboro, and didn't know anything about the city or where to live. I had seen a number of places, but had not been impressed with what I had seen. That was until I drove up to Greenway at Fisher Park! The community took me in as a friend and has since helped my transition to a new city a wonderful experience! The apartments here are top notch, the community events are fun, the ammenities are better than any place I have ever been privy to, and the staff is wonderful! I get to walk to work everyday and come home to a beautiful community where the residents are super friendly and socialble. If you're looking to move, I highly recommend checking out our community!
