Rated 1 out of 5?by yellowfairy33 Go Somewhere Else The amount of money you will pay for this apartment complex is definitely not worth it since the up keep of the amenities (which is why the place is so expensive) are always broken or not working. The property owners do not want to put any money into the actual property. It all looks nice from pictures but once you start living there you will find it really is not worth it. Every year your rent will go up at least 20% (which they say is because of the cost of living- WE ARE IN A RECESSION!) and no one knows where that money is going because it is not going towards the property. DO NOT rent here! May 7, 2013

Post Ballantyne is a beautiful community featuring resort-style amenities, a 4000 square-foot fitness center, and two lakes with jogging trails. We are also within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and shops. Post Ballantyne offers a variety of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.
