Rated 3 out of 5?by Okay Place The one bedroom apartments are a bit pricey for the amount of space you get, which scares away students, thankfully. You do get a washer/dyer, but otherwise nothing too fancy. When your lease comes to an end, they will increase your rent by a percentage that is double the market rate and the amount will be more than the average rent in the University area. They care more about new residents than existing ones, just like the cable companies, so the increased amount will also be much higher than than the price on their website. This is a nice place to live for a year and then get away from because of the cost. April 30, 2013
