Advenir at Casa Bella is so convenient for any lifestyle! We are just ten minutes from Uptown and twelve minutes from I-77! From the UNC-Charlotte campus, we are only fourteen minutes! And for those with limited transportation, you can walk to a Bi-lo Superstore, Aldi's Foods, Save A-Lot, and many restaurants and services! Bank of America and the Idlewild Post Office are just a five minute walk! Bus Rider? Take Bus 9 to Farm Pond Lane!
