I really want recycling and I hear that it is coming. Let's get that going. I can't comment on the social scene. I haven't seen much going on in that respect. Rated 5 out of 5?by I like the location of the complex. It is conveni... I like the location of the complex. It is convenient to many desired shops, restaurants, medical facilities, etc. The buildings are brick and that reduces cost on renter's insurance and heating/ac costs. The community itself is easy to walk the dog or work on an exercise program as weather permits. I have met several people while out walking the dog or picking up the mail. I love the staff. They are professional and work hard to know residents by name. They also welcome my pet in the office (sometimes there are doggie treats on the table) when I might drop by to say hello, pick up a package or pay my rent. I feel safe here with some good neighbors close by as well as good lighting within the property. April 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by We have had nothing but problems from our apartmen... We have had nothing but problems from our apartment since we have moved in. Maintenance is HORRIBLE, they don't know what they are doing when they do show up and never fix problems they just try to cover up the problems. You can hear everytime someone opens/closes their door and goes up and down the steps. Some of the staff can be friendly but they don't really try to make people renting happy, they are always right, customers are never right with them. The train tracks in front of apartments, you don't really think about, but you hardly ever hear a train during the day, they come through at least once sometime 2-3 times in middle of the night. Parking can be a pain if you get home after 6. We cannot wait to move out of here!! Likes and suggestions: We like the location, we are close to work daycare and entertainment. April 29, 2014
