Having long dedicated myself to healthy living and fitness, I was very disappointed/frustrated to find (once locked into a lease) that my immediate neighbors' cigarette smoke penetrated into my apartment continually. Even after purchasing an expensive air purifier I was still plagued with being forced to breathe other people's toxic smoke in my own "home." Having no choice but deal with it until my one-year lease expired, I was thrilled to leave what was for me a living nightmare. Further, there is little to no soundproofing between units. I could literally hear the conversations of my next-door and upstairs neighbors and vice versa I'm sure. Aesthetically attractive community but no privacy in my opinion. Would not recommend. Rated 4 out of 5?by Apartment tour gives 'thumbs up' to apply We are visiting several apts in Webster to find a location to move our mom too. We want a 'nice' location in a reasonable price range. Some of the apartments we were interested in looking at do not have a model - could not beleive it! Summit Knolls has a 1bdr and 2bdr model for viewing - nice! We felt it was a nice location, looked well maintained with a more modern look, liked that it includes a washer/dryer in the unit and rent is at a reasonable price when compared to other similar apts.
