The apartments are grossly overpriced, they have virtually no insulation and cost a fortune to heat, and the maintenance staff is terrible. The maintenance staff continued to enter my apartment with my girlfriend in the shower which is completely unacceptable. Upon entering and realizing there was someone in the shower, they should have turned right around and come back later. Also, be prepared to deal with thumping bass and complete disrespect from all the OCC students that live there. They have a deal set up with OCC for the college kids, and then allow them to do whatever they please and the only people that end up having to deal with it are the respectable adults that live there. We all were kids once, but I was never disrespectful like the individuals that live there (and I'm only in my mid 20's, so it is not like I am a "stuffy old person complaining about all the kids these days").
