Rated 1 out of 5?by honest downhill I have lived at Jordache Apt. for some time now. I have never seen it this bad. Garbage is all over the grounds (in the garage). Never cleaned up. You can get mice where the garbage is. It's always overflowing.I've never seen that before. The grounds are never kept up. I have not seen anyone trim the bushes etc all summer. We pay good money to live there. it has gotten disgusting. I have mentioned it a couple times. I am not one to complain unless something get really bad. December 27, 2012
