Rated 1 out of 5?by WORST APARTMENT I'VE EVER HAD. Let me start by mentioning I have lived in a couple of questionable apartments and this is by far the worst. It's a wolf in sheep's clothing. Everything looks wonderful at first, but I should have taken the hint when the day I came to tour my apartment. The FIRST thing I witnessed was a lady getting into a screaming fight with management. I disregarded this as I have worked in management and know how people can be. The people who show you about are very nice, but that's where it ends. Management are some of the most smug people you will ever deal with. They are professionals at smiling while they talk but not caring a thing about you. In the heat of summer they hadn't switched on our ac yet and when I requested someone take a look at it, they replied that someone will be over within the hour and that they'd call ahead of time. Finally after four days of my 5 month pregnant girlfriend and myself sweltering in 90+ degree weather with the heat still going, we got ac with no contact, call or even notice. And this is one of my best experiences. There is no sense of community as tenants want basically nothing to do with one another. They only enforce the rules of your lease and contracts that profit them. I could go on listing issue after issue after issue about this place but that would turn out to be pages long. Not only will I never live in this place again, I will be avoiding any Solomon managed communities from here on out. This isn't a hate or revenge review, this is a warning to people who want to live in a place that they are respected as a paying tenant and person, for in this place that is not a commodity that is included.
