Rated 1 out of 5?by san79 These apartment buildings are old. First of all, there is nothing within walking distance and you have to drive at least five miles to reach anything. I live in the bottom apartment and can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing, everything! The ceilings are cracking and the building shakes when they walk or drop something. I have called the office and it continues to happen. The people at the office tells me they will take care of it. Maintenance takes forever to come around to fix anything. The middle set of buildings is between two main roadways and you can hear every car that drives by and car alarm that goes off all through the day and night. Of course, people are driving around with their music blasting. During the winter when it snows they plow all night and it is loud. Then in the morning, in order to get people to move their cars, they drive up and down the roads blowing their horns until every car is moved, sometimes for 4 hours. There is hardly any storage in the apartments. When the people upstairs flush their toilets the corresponding toilet below bubbles and gurgles. Every other time I flush the toilet, it backs up. There is a strange smell coming from the drain in the kitchen sink and the cabinet below it. There have been gas leaks and our stove had to be replaced because of it. There was no exhaust pipe for the oven when we moved in. The vents in the bathroom recycle the air from the other apartment, you only hope they do not use their bathroom when you are using the fan. There are carpet beetles and spiders. The laundry facility is a joke, it made my clothes dirtier than when I put them in there. I would not recommend anyone to come live here. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of here. May 18, 2013
