I lived there a few years back, not for long, I ran out of there screaming. The buildings sway in the wind when there is bad weather. The plumbing is god awful. Don't expect to take a shower everyday, because you'll have to wait for your water to drain. When you step out the front door of your apartment make sure you plan a strategy to dodge the 60 million spiders on your front porch that have remade their webs after you knocked them down the day before. And in the winter be prepared for the plows to hold their horns down right outside your window if you don't move your car fast enough. This place is gross.

Rated 1 out of 5?by Jlind DON'T MOVE HERE
I moved here in 2009 with my pregnant wife to start our family. The place looked nice, and was a seemed like a good place. In the last year or so, this place has gone way downhill. The office staff is VERY unhelpful and extremely rude. I have never had a complaint against me until they put some city people underneath us. They complained 40 times about me and my children because that is how they handled things in NYC. We had a meeting after all of this to determine the problem, and it was determined that the building was the problem. Regardless of the promise by the office staff of it not happening, I was given a lease non-renewal and being kicked out. From what I understand, they have kicked out 15 families this summer for NO reason.I spent well over $70,000 in rent in the last 5 years, and was treated like extremely bad. This used to be a nice place, now, they are only nice until you sign.

First of all, there is nothing within walking distance and you have to drive at least five miles to reach anything. I live in the bottom apartment and can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing, everything! The ceilings are cracking and the building shakes when they walk or drop something. I have called the office and it continues to happen. The people at the office tells me they will take care of it. Maintenance takes forever to come around to fix anything. The middle set of buildings is between two main roadways and you can hear every car that drives by and car alarm that goes off all through the day and night. Of course, people are driving around with their music blasting. During the winter when it snows they plow all night and it is loud. Then in the morning, in order to get people to move their cars, they drive up and down the roads blowing their horns until every car is moved, sometimes for 4 hours. There is hardly any storage in the apartments. When the people upstairs flush their toilets the corresponding toilet below bubbles and gurgles. Every other time I flush the toilet, it backs up. There is a strange smell coming from the drain in the kitchen sink and the cabinet below it. There have been gas leaks and our stove had to be replaced because of it. There was no exhaust pipe for the oven when we moved in. The vents in the bathroom recycle the air from the other apartment, you only hope they do not use their bathroom when you are using the fan. There are carpet beetles and spiders. The laundry facility is a joke, it made my clothes dirtier than when I put them in there. I would not recommend anyone to come live here. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of here.
