Rated 1 out of 5?by horrible customer service My husband had a lengthy conversation with someone in the office who had told him that there was a townhouse available, so we scheduled an appointment to see it. When we arrived we were told that there were no townhouses available and they would have called us to tell us this, but didn't have our phone number (shame on the person he spoke with for not taking it down). They told us they hoped we hadn't driven far to come see it for nothing. We were also disappointed that they have a maximum weight for dogs at 20 or 25lbs (I don't remember which), yet when we pulled in we saw someone walking a Boxer. This dog was clearly over the weight limit for dogs. June 12, 2013
