Rated 5 out of 5?by Queens Great for beginners and peeps on a budget! The grass is always cut and there is parking space available. It's in a great location. The bus to Newburgh stops right in front of Squire Village. There is also a movie theater, gas station, pizza shop, and a pharmacy on the same block. The apartments have a great layout, with tons of closet space. Some things may need fixing before you move in, but the maintenance people take care of it asap. Great deal!!! May 21, 2013

Gets back to you in a timely basis and accomplish most task or gives you a straight forward answer so you can make an informed decision. The apartment is spacious and lots of sunlight. Relitavelity close to transportation I need to commute to the city. Short drive to several park and ride locations. One word summation IMPRESSIVE!!! March 4, 2013
