This looked like a great place. I drove by it, and the location was great and the neighborhood looked very nice and peacful. The price was also in my budget. The instructions from the e-mail that I sent were to call the office to schedule a tour. I left two messages, and no one ever bothered to call me back, even just to let me know that they no longer had vacancies. I think that is very poor customer service.

The apartment we saw will be rented by our niece who is new to our area. We have had the best service and care since I contacted the manager of the complex. The manager is very easy to work with and they are redoing the space with new paint and carpets. We feel it will be a safe alternative to living amongst students who are much younger. Lovely country setting too.
