Clubhouse has been closed for 10 weeks . No PARKING,2 weeks to get anything fixed if your lucky. Paying $250.00 for amenities and there are none. The worst snow removal on the island. The pool has been out of service since two week prior to labor day week end.

The place will be mediocre until you try to leave and get your security back. Dont expect much back. Nice grounds. Half of your maintenance requests will be addressed. The other half will remain unanswered. Nice place for kids and good school district. Nice size large apartments. Most people don't leave happy.

I encountered Jennifer and Christina and both were very warm and inviting and encouraged me to come look and apply to live here that my children would love it. They were so right. My kids faces when they seen the clubhouse and the foot bridge and the spaciousness of the apts they were in love. I met with Jennifer in person and she was amazing. and very helpful. Cant wait to see if we get to move in fingers crossed

Before I moved here, I did an insane amount of research. I saw the good, bad, and ugly reviews. But the location was prime, grounds were gorgeous, and it seemed like a great community to bring my kids into. From day 1, I have had nothing but a positive experience. I've had to call maintenance three times for minor issues, and within 2 days all three issues were resolved. Neighbors are great, and quiet, and management has always been professional. I know that everyone has their own experiences, but for the 6 months that I've been here, I honestly do not see what the fuss is about. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe, quiet, family oriented community.

received a very nice colorful "newsletter" with our rent bill. the pretty newsletter was to remind the tentants that they should not plant anything, not put toys on the patio, not let your kids play outside where it could interfere with people walking, not have guests park on premise, not bring guests to the gym or the pool, and reminding us of the "rules" such as must have your pool pass, must clean your air conditioner on a regular basis, and clean up after your dog.
such a colorful newsletter for this... IF you enjoy CORPORATE INTERVENTION and RULES RULES RULES all the time, then this is the place for you.

Definitely agree with the other postings. If you need anything, corporate management is very rude. Leasing office is friendly. Things do take forever. It takes months to get a response. When I really need something, I call everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. If you can overlook the nastiness, hangups and calls not returned, it is a nice place to live. The grounds are kept very well groomed, and the apartments are a nice spacious size, with a washer and dryer.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. The office staff are impossible to get in touch with. When (if) you do finally get them on the phone they are rude and completely useless. If you can manage to get maintenance to your apartment, they are incapable of fixing anything. They will tell you they fixed it, but it will never work again. Certainly do not call back to get it taken care of, you will get nothing but attitude. I even got hung up on...by office staff! Of course, they refused to give me their name or the name of their superior. What a surprise.
Additionally, living at this complex is like living in a trailer park without the wheels. Just be warned, if you are any type of professional, you'd be better off looking somewhere else.
Renting from this management company was the biggest mistake I've ever made. There wasn't a single good part of the experience. I was counting down the months until I could get out of there!

Upon take possesion of the apartment there were three issues that needed to be repaired that were pointed out by the super during the walk through it took 3 more weeks for someone to come.
in adddition there was an issue with keys, i have been unable to get through to management for a week, no return phone calls, the 1-877 emergency number is actually disconnected. The receptionist will not give names of any management personel. It appears that at this point my only chance for a resolution is an imperson visit.
