Rated 1 out of 5?by ThisPlaceWasTerrible Worst Rental Experience Ever... This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. The office staff are impossible to get in touch with. When (if) you do finally get them on the phone they are rude and completely useless. If you can manage to get maintenance to your apartment, they are incapable of fixing anything. They will tell you they fixed it, but it will never work again. Certainly do not call back to get it taken care of, you will get nothing but attitude. I even got hung up on...by office staff! Of course, they refused to give me their name or the name of their superior. What a surprise. Additionally, living at this complex is like living in a trailer park without the wheels. Just be warned, if you are any type of professional, you'd be better off looking somewhere else. Renting from this management company was the biggest mistake I've ever made. There wasn't a single good part of the experience. I was counting down the months until I could get out of there! April 16, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by ar0927 Management very unresponsive Upon take possesion of the apartment there were three issues that needed to be repaired that were pointed out by the super during the walk through it took 3 more weeks for someone to come. in adddition there was an issue with keys, i have been unable to get through to management for a week, no return phone calls, the 1-877 emergency number is actually disconnected. The receptionist will not give names of any management personel. It appears that at this point my only chance for a resolution is an imperson visit. April 4, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Disappointed1234 victorian gardens experience Very upset with the management at Victorian Gardens. I was told I could get the apartment but because I only wanted to sign a 6 month lease they told me I could pre-pay the 6 months. I was willing to do this and returned to take the apartment. I was then told they never said that. I am a single professional person. No pets and pre-paying all the money and was ignored by the management. I did call corporate office and they took all my information and I was told I would be contacted by Michelle , the manager at Holtsville. I have not heard from her at all. People should know how to do their job. As a teacher, I wonder what would happen if I didn't do my job?? Very unprofessional. Beautiful facility. December 2, 2012
