Leasing mgr Wilma is the best and very customer service oriented. If you are looking for a safe peaceful and spacious townhome look no further this has all the comforts of home plus more. Rated 2 out of 5?by hiltonrez Beware Been here 5 years and it has gone downhill. Changed hands a number of times and leaves us in limbo. Upkeep is horrible and they have never updated although I have asked a number of times, not even painted. Raised my rent $90.00 last lease without notice. Was told we have access to pool in Brockport for reason as why but now are being told we no longer have this option. I would not reccomend any one to live here. The price does not meet what you get. If it did not change hands as often, it wouldnt be that bad. But you cannot count on service for the proice one pays and appliances etc. are bad and out dated. February 23, 2013
