Rated 2 out of 5?by Outside appearance is a camouflage I have lived in the apartment for more than four years. I am thinking of moving out for better price and better service. 1. The management only care about the outside appearance of the apartment, they don't care about the inside where renters live. If you call the maintenace people for repair. They will never come on time. You have to call several times before you will see somebody. 2. The refridgerators and stoves are very old, they just continue to paint old ones. If you are planning to move to the apartment, be aware you are going to get old painted refrigeration and stove. What annoys me most is the painted toilet seat cover. After sometime, the paint started peeling. What really annoyed me most, is when I called them to change the toilet seat cover, I was told to pay $12 for another old painted one and not a new one. 3.The paint in the apartment are fake. After sometime they start peeling off. My kitchen was painted after four years. Withing two weeks the paint started peeling again, and I have four year old, and four months children. Beware new renters, don't be deceive by the outside appearance. There are roaches in the apartment. Old bathtubs, and old kitchen. The management don't treat the renters well. The rent increases every year. The only good thing about the apartment is fairly safe to live. March 4, 2013
