Rated 4 out of 5?by the apartments I was shown were excellent, except for one, which closet was rather limited for my needs. I went to the open house, however, I am interesed in a two bedroom apartment, they did not show me any, I was told the extra bedroom in a two bedroom unit was slightly smaller than the master bedroom in the one bedroom unit! I figured that much without being told. It seems that two bedroom apartments are not available because after I applied and got accepted I was informed that soon I will be getting a call to view the apartment I specified, no such call yet. I guess I have to continue looking elsewhere for an apartment. April 25, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 Tribulations (& Some Trials) of A Great Apartment Community A lovely area and a generally friendly community mixed socially & economically. Rental Apartment preparers could do a better job. Expect the unexpected...Just 1 month in and could not open front door b/c the over painted edges expanded from the radiator heat. Credit: Service came at once! However, too many other appointments required missed work days, but good service. Also, PPM's 'no pet policy' makes their current resolutions on the matter of a neighbor with untrained dog that barks continuously, appear without principle. Still details to work out. On a brighter note, Security is great and enjoy the space. After the trials are worked out, this lovely oasis will be lovelier. No regrets yet in choosing this community. November 15, 2012

The location is near bus and train which is very good for people to travel and get to where they need to get. It is also a great community for home because of the office staff which is always available when needed. I once called for viewings while looking for a good home to live and was treated very well. Lastly I can say that 2000 East Tremont Ave in the Bronx is a great place to live because they have great quality of amenities which helps everyone financially. If your looking for a home this is the perfect place to look into. November 6, 2012
