Rated 1 out of 5?by Just Wrong! I went to Viking to rent an apartment and to my surprise, I found out what their income requirments were. They want you to make 30,000/year to rent a one bedroom apartment. With the quality of the buildings, nothing being upgraded to the 21 century as far as wall paper, appliances, and leaky windows, not to mention the awful brown paint outside that makes the place look trashy I do NOT recommend renting from them. If you are making over 30,000/year....go buy a house, dont throw your money away at Viking. April 25, 2013
