Rated 5 out of 5?by Louise I love my apartment! I have lived at Ladera Vista for the past six months and I love it! The apartment was just what I was looking for! Everything is still so new and I have not had any maintenance issues at all. The location of the complex is so convenient, I am able to get anywhere in the city with no problem. The ladies in the office are super nice and helpful. Mark, the maintenance guy is also really nice. January 9, 2013
