Rated 1 out of 5?by Responsible789 Do not expect to get your deposit back I live here for nearly a year and was the first tenant in one of their apartments. When you walk through - check out how thin the paint is - its poor quality on purpose so that it scatches off even if you brush against it with clothing. Next, there are going to charge you for anything they can when you move out in a ploy to keep your security deposit. I was charged $440 for a non-existant carpet stain and "Extra paint" . Also, you can hear the highway from every apartment and there is no true gym. Location is convenient but not worth the high rent. November 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Jeppz New, Convenient & beautiful I set up an appointment to see The Cove apartments. When I got there I was slightly confused by the intercom system to get let it, but once I got into the office, I was pleased. The woman that helped me was very bubbly and professional and offered me a drink which I appreciated on a humid day. She was also very informative and was able to answer all my questions . Since the occupancy was full and they don't show currently occupied apartments, I was given a viewing of the Rental Office which I was told was identical to most of the 2 bedrooms. The apartment was really nice..the living room/dining/kitchen area all one big space and was a very open and airy/spacious feeling which I loved. The master was very large with a great walk -in closet. The balconies are huge and the garages come with all apartments which is great at no extra cost. When I heard the price over the phone I thought it was a bit on the higher side, but after seeing the apartment the price really made sense. I set up another appointment for my fianc? to come look with me. If you are looking for an apartment that you can be proud to call your home and the convenience of getting around and being around transportation, Cove seems to be a great fit! July 27, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by precious54 Don't take chances! I scheduled an appointment to see a 2 BR 2 bath apt. but I was only shown the rental office which is supposed to be the same as the apt. which I wanted to see. The agent said she wasn't allowed to show it even after the tenant moved out because someone else was moving right in. I told her that it was unreasonable for anyone to sign a lease on an apt. that they could not actually see. It's like buying a car without taking a test drive. She seemed annoyed and said that a lot of people sign and leave deposits without seeing the actual apt. all the time. Unbelievable. The location is set back in an isolated area surrounded by warehouses on one side and Rte. 78 on the other which is noisy. You can hear the rumbling of passing trucks and cars. There is no neighborhood and no walking distance to anywhere. It is right smack in the middle of nowhere. There is virtually no landscaping and no view. I would not be pleased to get an apt. with a view of Rte. 78 or a row of warehouses. There needs to be more transparency for prospective renters. The kitchen and bath appliances are new and modern and the bedrooms are a good size as is the living area. The patio/balcony is very small. My advice, if you can't see what you're getting, then look somewhere else. June 11, 2013
