Rated 1 out of 5?by dontdoit1234 Homeless when hurricanes come Sandy/Irene The apartment is nice but it is located 10 feet away from a bay of water. You will have to leave your apartment when every a hurricane occurs. When Sandy hit all the apartments on the first floor was flooded out. All first floor apartment people lost everything!!!!! You can get an apartment on the second floor but you will have to leave when every its a storm/ hurricane. Also, you will not have any heat, when the power is lost because the stove is electric. Renters insurance does not include flood!! If you choose to live here just make sure you have about 1400 to stay in a hotel while a hurricane is occuring. February 26, 2013
