Rated 1 out of 5?by Apartments are nice... but way too much money for the place. Apartments are all together nice.... New and updated but may be little small in area for the location. But too much price for the apartment. The location is nice but not perfect as you cannot walk, and the shuttles which you have to pay for are not enough for all the people. Also, make sure you are ready for the worst maintenance ever. They say 24 hrs maintenance and it does take them at least 24 hr to come and take a look at what happened. Doesn't matter how many times you call.... And also be ready to loose your deposit. When you will be leaving they will come for inspection and will charge you for some stupid things which were already there when you moved in. We are 2 grown adults both working who lived there and there wasn't even a scratch in the whole apartment when we moved out but they made a bill of 1100 dollars. And if you ask you will get some stupid excuse..... Anyways altogether I'll not recommend living here at all...... Good luck if you still decide to go there. October 29, 2012
