Rated 1 out of 5?by tom very cheap owners worst apartments ever infested with ants and stinky bugs terrible leak problem very old windows cabinets and hardwood you have to pay extra charge for everything ; the pool , the jym , the blinds ..etc they even make you clean the apartment before you leave it !!! Rated 3 out of 5?by EllaF24 They charge you hundreds to use the pools! We have lived in Hidden Lake for almost 3 years. The area is nice. The apartments are nice enough overall, but they need to fix the windows and insulation because it becomes very cold very quickly once you turn the heat off (like within 10 mins). We've had no real problems with our neighbors or the office staff, but the you have to call the maintenance people several times before they respond to your request. Our biggest issue currently is that they charge a $175 annual property amenity fee and they've now added a $470 charge for pool passes (more for families)!!! Also, be warned that they require 3 months notice for moving, May 1, 2013
