Rated 4 out of 5?by Chloe Very happy at Brookchester
I've lived here for six months and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. My apartment was spotless when I first walked in the door. When I call or email maintenance, the issues are addressed within a timely manner. I find the office staff to be on top of things as well. I sent an email regarding a laundry issue and I received a response the next day. My neighbors are great. I do not have any pest problems. I don't have any problems with parking (except one time when I came home at 3:00 a.m.) I do wish the heat wasn't kept so high or that I could control my own heat but that's garden apartment living and I'll deal with it. This is a nice place to call home. I actually love it here. I'm giving an overall of four stars only because of the heat, otherwise I would've given five stars.

Rated 2 out of 5?by Vasan Not a good apartment
Unless you really need cheap housing DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, but please forget about your deposit when you move out. They will deduct 1/3 of your deposit for the maintenance, even though if you maintain the house very clean. They will deduct all kind of charges from your deposit, so please be careful. The people here are so rude it's unbelievable. If you want to extend your lease for one month for moving out, they will collect $300 for extension charges. The floorboards in my apartment got so hot I had to have the windows open all winter. I asked them about this and never got an answer, never any fixes. It's small, cramped, and feels dirty even though we'd gotten a fixed up apt. No one did anything. I told them about it and nothing ever got done.

Rated 5 out of 5?by CMS Great "first home!"
Brookchester Apartment was the first home my husband and I shared together; it was a greater "starter apartment." The community is very safe, shopping is located near by and the apartment complex is close to many major highways. The staff in the leasing office truly go above and beyond for any tenant and genuinely make you feel at home. Which was extremely comforting to my husband and I as first time renters. The apartment itself is a generous size for two people; the appliances are new, cabinets are new as well. And of course the most important part, ample closet space! An additional key point, the grounds are well kept all year round by maintenance especially in regards to the snow. We are very happy to have called Brookchester home for three years, it was overall a wonderful experience!

Rated 5 out of 5?by Cantavilla Excellent community to live, Friendly atmosphere, great servicesand very quiet...
I lived here for one year and love it. The building is conveniently located near a grocery store, shopping and public transportation. Free parkings are available along with garages for a minimal fee. The office staffs are always on top of their game and very friendly, the service department is very responsive and the neighborhood is safe. Overall, it's a great place to live! I would highly recommend this place...

Rated 3 out of 5?by Lb219 Yearly income for quality is too much
The area is ok but does have shopping very close. The rooms are a decent size. I didn't like how they don't show you the actual apartment that you would be getting, they show you a model that they ave already decorated. Also for the price of rent and the neiborhood, the yearly income is too much to even apply.
