Rated 2 out of 5?by it's fair it's a decent place near the cherry hill area, you can't walk anywhere a car is necessary. I live on the Evergreen Circle side so no problem with parking. Staff is friendly, but definitely over priced. They are trying to get another $60 a month out of me with this years rent increase. No way that's happening. April 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5?by ok this is an "OK" place to live, I moved here for the amenities ad have been disappointed. The pool opens ad closes around the kids school schedule and I have no children. The gym is always crowded unless you want to go later in the evening, and as a female I prefer not to. The staff has changed a lot over the last 2 years and I have recently been put off by maintenance and the office ladies cover and make excuses for them. I am at the high end of rent here and feel it is not worth the money...Most people here don't stay long, this is more like a transitional stop for folks....one last thing, on there site they state 2 parking spaces per home and yet they give out permits to people with 3 and 4 cars in their home. Parking is a nightmare!!!! December 26, 2012
