I am currently living here as an inbetween before buying a house. This place is horrific. I wish I did more research before moving in but hey its only for a year. The office staff is not nice and not helpful. The maintenance staff is even worse, I put in a request four times online and had to call to finally get someone to come fix it. Rent cannot be paid online (big inconvenience). The other residents are loud (24/7) and just about everyone smokes, which makes keeping your windows open and not smelling cigarettes near impossible. The only good thing about it is it is close to anything you could possible need in terms of stores. If I could go back in time I would not have signed a lease here, if it wasnt a big payout I would get out of the lease early. Dont make the same mistake I did people, live somewhere else.

I lived in a 1 bedroom downstairs unit for a year. I never had a problem in the winter with heat; I was always toasty - I guess since I didn't have an end unit. In the summer though, I had a problem with bugs. These pincer looking bugs and fleas. I reported it a few times to the front office, but nothing was done. I finally went out and bought my own bug bombs. The neighbors were very noisy. Banging and stomping inside; drinking laughing and smoking outside - both at all hours of the day & night. Also, monthly water/sewer bill I thought was very high. I lived by myself (no kids, no overnight visitors) and my bill was never under $50/month.

drafty windows,cheap quality everything hot water is good if you want to scald your children even if you cranked the heat in jan you would be lucky to braeak 75 degrees in you appartment
