Rated 5 out of 5?by Litrbox So wonderful, I signed up for an apartment during my first visit This is a planned community of town homes and luxury apartments. The apsrtment was my choice of residence. The ceilings are high, real wood floors in the 'great room', tons of light, cute balcony, cherry wood kitchen cabinets, high end appliances, Berber carpet in bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, tons if closet space and simply elegant floor plans. My only negative is that since the ceilings are tall, the exterior shared stairs are a hike. I chose the third floor and am hoping the aerobic workout improves the climb experience over time. Pet friendly, reasonable pet monthly rate and security deposit. Even the furry babies ate happy here. In plan to live here a very very long time. I highly recommend it here and rumor us that a small marina is in the plans here too! Oh, I forgot. Great gym and pool for tenants! Come by and I know you'll choose this location as home! Welcome!
