Rated 5 out of 5?by LM2986 Cozy, well maintained and friendly! Pompton Gardens is a quiet, well kept community in the center of Cedar Grove, NJ. The office/maintenance staff has been extremely helpful prior to, during and after our move-in. The walkways and property are well maintained, and any problems are addressed immediately and efficiently. The apartment itself was recently completely refinished, with a brand new kitchen and appliances, new bathroom, freshly painted walls and re-done hardwood floors. It looks absolutely wonderful and the flow of the apartment is great. I can easily move around in the kitchen and cook/bake the way I want. Ample closet space. The 1-car garage is also a luxury, especially in the winter. There is enough room for storage in it as well. We would highly recommend this location for family and/or friends looking to rent in this area, November 28, 2012
