I Still enjoy living here 3 years in. The lead concierge, Patrick, is a pleasant, kind soul with an infectious smile and always ready to help. The building is clean and repairs are done quickly. Great choice for me.

The common areas like hallways, parking lots, door security etc could use some updates. Our apartment itself is nice with a unique feel. Overall it’s a quiet community. It’s easy to get to know the property staff. Maintenance requests are always completed very quickly and the staff is friendly and professional.

Recently moved in, everyone has been very welcoming and have assisted with all concerns. Lessing staff is amazing. I’m looking forward to exploring the area more.

The staff at the Victor feel like family to me and always welcome me home. I have lived here since the Victor opened in 2003 and I love calling it home. Staff are warm and friendly and I have made many friendships over the years.

Just moved in on Saturday. So far so good! Everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to go to the gym and get my “summer body” right. HAHA. Can’t wait yo explore more

Excellent and friendly staff. Jadixon and Henry were awesome help even with a difficult move. Matthew came to the rescue on moving day and Belle. All star staff.

I love it here. The high ceilings, the concierge, gym, all of it. Highly recommend. Communication here sucks but what’re you gonna do. I wish we didn’t have to pay for parking or it was cheaper.

Overall a good community. Our apartment is in good condition, with great high ceilings and lots of light but could use updated appliances and a newer bathroom. The building is relatively old so there are often repairs needed, but they are quick to address issues and try to fix things with minimal disruption to residents. Maintenance completes work orders very quickly and the concierge staff are friendly and professional. The shared amenities and things like hallway carpeting throughout the building could use updates but are still in OK condition. The gym is great. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Philly. Our only complaint is the thin walls and loud neighbors, but that depends on who moves in next door, so not everyone's experience, and is common with apartment communities in general

I am new to the residents so I haven't experienced alot yet. But so far everyone has been very welcoming. Im hoping this new place will be me great joy and comfort.

For my first time renting, the Victor has been a good community and property. Our unit is in good condition and we love the unique high ceilings and huge windows. It feels very spacious. The location is very quiet, which is great, and people keep to themselves, and we’ve never felt unsafe. Over the year we’ve lived here, we noticed the overall building could use some minor updates. things break or stop working at times which is normal and the maintenance staff is usually quick to handle requests. The property managers listen to feedback and try to address resident concerns. The only downsides are that the price seems high, and we lack amenities compared to other modern apartment complexes. The gym is nice, there are a couple meeting rooms, but the roof deck is small and the main one needs repairs or is inaccessible/locked.

So far so good! Henry gave me my tour (TYSM) and I was sold. I needed some very minor fixes, and they were quick to respond and everything worked out smoothly moving in. Concierge was efficient and able to make my move in seamless and comfortable as well (TY Chris). Maintenance (Eddie) gave me tips on keeping things in order and I really appreciated the useful info. Sorry if I have the name incorrect but Jaxion has been super helpful as well in the leasing office. Ty all! 5 ??

Good experience living here. Would definitely recommend anyone living near Rutgers or Cooper hospital to consider The Victor Lofts over any other option.

Just moving in & still getting settled, but the neighbors & whole vibe so far have been great. Loving the space, the pub & everything available to us.

Decent experience so far. A few small hiccups but a good experience so far. Apartment was clean. The staff could be a little more efficient, but im willing to give grace. Im sure they have a heavy workload. And trying their very best.

I have loved living here. The hardest part was moving in. I reserved the elevators twice but because people were being evicted my request was overrun . And my package was stolen. This happened twice which was inconvenient for me and my moving team. Otherwise it’s great here, staff is very nice , and it’s quiet.

We moved here because of the security and safety provided by the staff. Now the rotating contracted front dest staff, while friendly and professional, are nearly useless in resolving issues.

Moving into The Victor in March was an overall satisfactory experience. The apartment itself is appealing, offering a comfortable and modern living space that I genuinely enjoy. The amenities and features provided are quite promising, and I am excited to explore more of what the complex has to offer. While the move-in process had its typical challenges, the positives of my new home outweigh any minor inconveniences. I look forward to discovering more about the community and taking full advantage of the facilities available.

My stay at victors so far has been wonderful. I have zero complains about this place. Each and every staff members are kind and very helpful. The place is clean and maintained.

This has been a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the entire building is remarkable. The gym is clean and my workouts are quite. The rooftop view is amazing. Access to the Victor Pub is easy and you can get back to your apartment easily.

I love my apartment and the staff are incredibly kind. Maintenance takes care of any issue immediately and the area is pretty walkable. The PATCO gets me to downtown Philly in 15 min (including walking time).

Everyone is doing a good job! Keep up the good work. I have no complaints about anything. The amenities are good, and all maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner.

A very friendly community - from the staff to neighbors - everyone has been amazing! Love my apartment and the view. Nice that this is a pet-friendly building, and I have seen spot cleaning of hall carpets occurring - hope to see continued efforts to control the issues that arise when pets are walked through hallways. Very happy to be here!

While staff is outstanding and new cleaning service simply amazing there seems to be a lack of financial support from the corporate office to maintain the building. It is comparable the the crew doing a heroic job trying to keep the Titanic afloat with band aids. With all the broken and obsolete equipment and systems in the building you have to ask if it is worth living here.

Move in process was very good. Henry was very cordial and efficient. We like the common areas and look forward to the waterfront concerts and fireworks.

The Victor is a great place to live, with awesome staff and a beautiful rooftop entertainment space! Short distance to Center City Philadelphia!

Everyone at the Victor is very nice, such a great environment to live in, I’m glad I decided to live here at the Victor and didn’t pick somewhere else.

Residents are friendly. Staff is professional and responsive. The hot water issue needs to be addressed. Water doesn’t warm up unless you run faucet for 5-10 minutes. Even then- it’s a coin toss if it actually gets hot. Hallways should be shampooed more often. Laundry room needs bigger machines.

The staff here is very polite! I enjoy being greeted by name when I receive my packages at the front desk. I love the view I have within my unit.

Beautiful old historic building with easy transport to Philly. A little pricey wish there were more amenities. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The victors is a nice place to live. The staff members are friendly and helping. Also, the amenities are maintained regularly. The apartments are also very nice and spacious.

The staff and patience team have one a wonderful job in ansering my questions concerning the property. Maintenace has resolved all property issues timely.

The appartment has really good security and it's well maintained, it has gym with all the necessary equipments to cover the whole body, The Victor is located right next to the Rutgers University which makes things easy for international students.

Great value for the price. Apartments need to be remodeled as most of the appliances appear to be original. The building smells like weed most of the time which is annoying, but overall it is safe.

This is a nice apartment in a unique building. The high ceilings and large windows make a huge difference. This is my first time renting and it’s been a good experience. This is a nice community and there are always staff around to help. Good amenities and location; 5-10 minutes to Philly on the train.

I know Camden isn’t the most ideal city to live in, but Victor lofts definitely makes it worth it! I love how spacious my place is and how there’s always someone at the front desk to help me out. The added complimentary keurig set up and fruit infused water was a nice touch!

I’ve lived here for over a year and enjoy the convenience and friendly staff. The location is excellent, right between Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, two places I frequent often.

Moving to the victor has been one the best things to happen for me in a long time. I am a Camden city fireman and the commute from my apartment to work is like a 3 minute walk. I grew up here and Camden and the victor building has been a staple in the community so it gives great pride to say I live here

Great spot to live from the neighbors to the staff to the amenities everything is just great here it’s like my peace of mind if you haven’t thought about moving in you should consider it

The property manager and staff are amazing the maintenance and crew is so good. Very thankful for everyone here I’ve never had an issue that went unresolved!

Great staff which makes it pleasant to come home . Some of the temp services are impersonal and don't look up to greet residents which detracts from the ambiance. Otherwise this is a great place to live

It has been a great experience living here so far. Mostly quite and uneventful. Friendly staff, very close to a great waterfront and philly.

Nothing luxurious with the exception of the high ceilings. I will say the bug situation if any is well controlled. I have not had a bug problem in the years that I’ve been here. You can find equal or nicer for cheaper. I’m only here because of my job. As soon as my contact is up I’m out of here.

Ive lived in the building for a year and a half. All buildings have issues especially buildings that are 114 years old. But I did not have any significant issues until recently when new spotlights were installed on the exterior of the building. They were way too bright and shone bright light into the second floor apartments (mine included). But I have to say the manager and his team listened to concerns and complaints from tenants and took action within 2 weeks to resolve the problem. The light angle was adjusted, timers were installed and deflector hoods were installed to block light spilling into the apartments. The final result was impressive. And resolved all of my concerns. I would recommend the building. But more importantly, if you have an issue, contact the office or maintenance directly, express your concerns in detail, and the staff will do their best to find a solution. And if the first solution doesn't work, keep talking. Would’t it be great of everything worked out this way?

Current resident. No security in parking lot, car parks stolen off of parked cars, heavy leaks in multiple apartments, they will tow your car without notice even though you pay for a parking spot. I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, that these are one off situations, but in each opportunity they fail. Lease renewal is coming up, and I was debating on signing another 2 years, but this has definitely persuaded me the other way.

I have resided at the Victor since they opened in 2003 and have many positive experiences and stories to tell. I love the staff and have met many long time friends whom I consider family.

The Victor staff and management are wonderful to work with, as they are very understanding and accommodating. They are great with trying to assist with any issues or concerns. I love that they also hold monthly events to bring residents together.

I love my apartment and the Victor. For the price it is worth it. You are close to everything if you travel back and forth to Philly. The staff is great. I really have no complaints.

Overall living here has been great. I have to say that the new people who work the concierge desk are much better and they are so nice. Also the victor was quick to take care of maple very noisy neighbors so I highly appreciate that. Also maintenance has been incredible. Shout out to you all who run this building. Thank you!

Pros: I’ve been here for 4 years now and the staff has always been kind and helpful. The location is very good and I like that it is in a business area. Ms. P at the front desk is the best and I know she’s been here longer than I have. Maintenance turnaround for me has always been great and their staff is very polite! The updated gym is nice and I like being able to use the conference rooms if I need to meet with someone and don’t want them in my actual unit. Also being so close to the pub, pizza place, market, post office etc. has been helpful to me on a lot of occasions. Cons: Depending on your neighbors you can either have a quiet experience or hear everything. I also wish that the rooftop was more resident friendly, functional and aesthetically updated for a better residential experience. Overall my experience has been pleasant.
