Rated 4 out of 5?by viol1 Washington Way Apartments are not Luxury as they are described in advertisements.On the negative side : Appliances and kitchen bathroom cabinets are worn and appear to date back to early 80's. There are "pipes" and "electrical boxes" on walls where you would expect none to be seen, front doors are old and worn . locks on windows are not all functional. On the plus side : room size is above average, carpeting is clean, private entrances with small patio or balcony depending on 1st /2nd floor. Neighborhood appears to be residential and quiet, rent is very reasonable with utilities included. Washington way community is a mix of young , mid aged and senior renter. Parking is good if you are on an interior apartment if you are on Barnsboro road side you have to walk from parking lot around to your apartment. Maintenance is very prompt and they fix what you ask of them. March 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by Pizzadeliveryguy Would like to live in this apartment community. I have had a few relatives over the years live at Washington Way Apartments. Everyone liked living there. I have been in a few of the units & was impressed with the layout & the size of the apartments. I have also made may pizza deliveries there over the years & all the tenants have been very nice & polite. The only down side is the apartments that are on the back side of the buildings that face the woods. Kind of dark & creepy to walk back there. November 24, 2012
