I give the a 3, I stayed there for 11 months. 1st month I noticed the unit above me either had really heavy feet or just the unit structures in between floors and walls was very weak I could. I could hear the people aside of my apartment talking every once and awhile. There was a very big draft in my bedroom which caused it be ice cold during winter nights, or extremely hot in the summer; the AC unit was very loud whenever it turned on. The electric bill that is not included in the rent would also get very expensive during the summer when AC would be running all the time. No option to turn off fan in the bathroom, so expect to wake your room-mate or loved one anytime you use it. I had multiple problems with the unit I was in, water heater broke in the 3rd month, causing my water bill to sky rocket and my electric bill. Luckily they understood and paid me back through lowering my rent that month. I also had to call them to fix my washer that same month. Things happen. I had bug problems after 8 months. ants would always find there way into my kitchen even if it was spotless. a few crickets and roaches would wander in under the front door because there was a gap they could crawl in. =( Staff seemed to have gone downhill... always cranky whenever you go to pay your rent. Only about two workers there that seemed to be happy to see you or help you. also saw multiple pets in the community even though its a no pets allowed community. But that's not the apartments fault. There is a lot of children in the apartment complex, but also a lot of people driving inside really fast! So don't let your children play in the streets there's a lot of grassy areas and a playground. They also have nightly patrol so it's pretty safe. December 13, 2012
