Rated 4 out of 5?by Engineer Geek Excellent Option I had just moved to Omaha from Denver and I needed a place to live for only four months until my family moved to Omaha. Very few apartment management companies would even discuss terms of four months, but City View did. The location is great for my commute (within walking distance of Old Market), there is a small city grocery store/deli just six blocks away and it is close to the interstate. There were not so friendly comments posted about the previous management company, the noise, and the buidling itself. I can tell you that management staff is personal, friendly and quick to respond to any concerns and the apartments are clean and updated. The noise within the buidling has never been an issue for me. For professionals moving to Omaha, this would be a good choice. November 30, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5?by cc07 City View is a great building When I was looking for my own apartment I wanted something affordable that was close to downtown Omaha. A thought that seemed crazy, but then I found City View. Although it had a bad reputation in the past it was clear that something had changed. The prices are very affordable, even with a pet. Although street parking can be hard (but that's what you get for living close to the Old Market) there is a parking garage and parking lot available. A laundry facility as well as two large common space area's are available. The staff keeps the building very clean and I have never had to wait for anything to be fixed. I would say that everyone who works in the building is very polite and friendly. I feel comfortable talking to each of them. I've also never had a problem with noise, which is more than most lofts downtown. Overall, I am very happy with City View and everything it had. I would definitely recommend it and suggest you come check it out! November 27, 2012
