Rated 5 out of 5?by motatorium.now Solid as a Rock at the Annex Through the past two years now, going into my third, living in this apartment community, the Annex apartment complex as a whole has been a real positive experience. ________________________________________ Location/Neighborhood |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| The Annex is set back just enough from the main roads (72nd & Dodge), yet near enough to remain convenient - as I work in the area - very little auto travel is necessary for me - you've got Nebraska Furniture Mart down the way just south, a good deal of restaurants & dining (including Red Lobster, Noodles & Co. & Starbucks) Overall Value ||||||||||||||||||||||||| Nothing to second guess - very pleased with my overall experience here Office Staff ||||||||||||||||||||| Great lively personalities, one of the key reasons I've continued to stay here - I really feel a respect & mutual care from them Maintenance Service |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| Knowledgeable! Willing to go great lengths to make you comfortable when you need a helping hand - and has always at least been willing to get extra information or do some research for questions I've had Quality of Amenities ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| Water servicing is provided & well-maintained, the washroom has never been left beyond use - that service has always been there for me Noise ||||||||||| From inside the apartment, I hear very little (living on the top floor) - and outside, since the apartment is tucked away on the edge of a neighborhood it feels so natural any noise that may exist ________________________________________ I recommend the Annex to anyone who is interested in the spaces & information they see posted here on apartments.com - very solid choice as far as getting situated here in Midtown Omaha is concerned!
