Rated 3 out of 5?by Not to shabby... but the manager I *thought* was super awesome will take you for all your worth when you leave. Granted, I had to break a lease, but there was no loss to Hunters Pointe financially since a new tenant moved in right away. Even though there was no loss to the company, I had my whole security and pet deposit taken ($850) for a "lease termination fee." Then they charged other things outside of that amount that they never mentioned during the walk through ($600). Is that even legal? Even if they can, dosent make it right. So much for being a great tenant and paying my rent on time and cleaning the apt really well when I left. But whatever...the new manager will tell you he has "lawyers"......So basically you have no choice but to pay in his mind. Hope he sleeps well at night knowing he's having his way with peoples pocket books. On the good side, the maintenance staff and receptionist are very kind and jump to help you with whatever you need. They go above and beyond their job description and I hope the company takes good care of them. It is loud sometimes...there are alot of kids...do NOT move in if you dont like kids because they are everywhere there. The ameneties are great, however the pool and hot tub are always packed in the summer. Hope this helps. December 21, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5?by Disappointed When inquiring about the apartment, you are shown a "model" and never the actual apt. until you have rented it. They present the apartments as Luxury and they are definitely not. I am from out of state and the quality of the flooring, counter tops and carpet are low rate, no shower doors, The office area and rec area are beautifully furnished and high end. Insist on viewing your apartment! I even purchased furniture for the floor plan as shown, but ended up in a "mirrored" version so the furniture did not fit right! Over priced! November 24, 2012
