Rated 4 out of 5?by Lanie777 So far so good. I've lived here about a year. Most in my building have lived here several years, so can't be that bad a place when people stick around for years and years. Over all I feel safe, which was important to me. Like the locked entry to buildings. I've been fortunate to have a quiet building and neighborhood in general is quiet. Maintenance is only as good as they feel like being. So I just don't call unless necessary then always plan a second call, then it get's taken care of. Not a big deal to me considering the reasonable rent. Good for retired, singles, not really a family place. No playground etc. Apts just not big enough for a whole family. I haven't had any problems so far with office staff but really don't see or talk to them for it to be a problem. Overall would recommend to others. August 2, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5?by E.D. Would be perfect without SNOTTY staff I love the area because it is very quiet and the neighbors are tranquil and self minding. I occupy a one bedroom unit that is very spacious, modern, and cozy. The maintenance service isn't the best but is satisfactory if your persistent when needing to be. I don't use the laundry room because they malfunction often so I tend to go to the laundry mat which is close by. The main office staff however is very rude, careless, has poor communication skills, and acts nonchalant when you're bringing any concerns to her attention. The parking is usually full which results in you having to park in the front of your apartment complex. I don't however recommend anyone to park in front of the apartment complexes because they occasionally hand out tickets when you do; which the office staff doesn't seem to care about. If your good at dealing with a rude person whenever necessary i'd say that these apartments are a catch. Outside of the one out of the two office staff members attitude, this is a nice place to stay, especially for the price range. July 17, 2013
