Rated 4 out of 5?by Unique Duplexes in the Northern Suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri These duplexes are uniquely designed in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a park within minutes of several freeways...as well as within minutes of the retail shopping areas in nearby Liberty (HyVee, Lowes, Home Depot, Price Chopper, etc.), as well as within 10 or so minutes of the City Market and the Chinatown Market. After looking at a number of rental properties around the Kansas City area, these multi-level units appeared to have the most unique floorplan, as well as a balanced set of features within the unit. The average cost for utilities (e.g. water, gas and electricity) are quite reasonable per the various utilities given the efficient given the heat pump and other high energy efficiency infrastructure in each unit. As it is located in an established suburban area of Kansas City, a full set of urban services and utilities (including various TV/Internet options) are available...with more to follow. I would recommend these units to those who want a unique and quiet home that is close to downtown Kansas City...but also close to local shopping areas (but a car or two is essential).
