There is a two pet limit per apartment home. $300 pet deposit for one pet, $400 for two pets, due at move-in. There is a pet rent of $25.00 per month. Weight limit of 35 lbs per pet. In our townhomes we will allow 1 pet up to 65 pounds or 2 pets up to 35 pounds each. Half of the pet deposit is refundable if there are no damages. We do not allow aggressive breed dogs, reptiles, guinea pigs, ferrets, or rabbits.
