This apartment complex is beautiful on the outside,but looks can be deceiving. Not only is the office staff rude and unwilling to help their residents, but the maintenance guys like doing a poor job on any repairs that are needed. I had a horrible ant problem last summer and told one of the ladies in the office and her response was that I can go buy myself a can of raid for2 bucks at dollar General. Now our apartment is infested with mice even though we are on the top floor, which must mean they're coming in from the walls. We've caught 12 so far. We also have mold growing under our sink from when our faucet leaked and both the head maintenance guy and manager said its not an issue, so they covered half of it with a new wooden board. Talk about half fixing a potentially health hazardous problem. I don't believe it's worth the 650 I pay a month.
