Rated 2 out of 5?by Staff do not put customer first Upon moving out of the apartments, I provided my new mailing address twice. When I first notified the manager of moving out I watched her write my new address down. (Note: I did not break my lease.) My deposit refund was still sent to my old address where I did not live obviously because I had moved out. They told me they had no record of my new mailing address and that it was not on my checkout sheet. I was rushed through checkout when the manager showed up an hour late and I was never asked about another mailing address. I assumed when I watched her write it down they had my new address. I was charged $34 to get my refund check because they had to reissue it. The manager did not listen to my explanation about when I watched her write my address down she continued to deny that I had provided an alternate address. I was also charged $160 taken from my deposit for repairs to the apartment which was left in better shape than when I moved in. I also was told the only thing I would be charged for were plates under the burners on the stove which were $20 all together. August 19, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5?by Pros and Cons I did enjoy my unit and found the maintenance services to be timely. Like others, I was disappointed with the customer service in the office. It felt like everything turned into a battle and there was no middle ground on their part, as if the customer is always wrong. You always have to be on the defense. I've heard similar complaints from current and former residents. Residents are seen as dollars moreso than individuals. July 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by BAD IDEA Apartments are dirty and the management is perhaps the rudest and most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. To keep deposit money they sent us pictures of the apartment that wasn't even ours with damage. These are truly student slums. April 25, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by awful Don't live here. I lived here for a year and had ONE good experience only with a maintenance worker after a HUGE blow up from management in the office. Staff is not professional, our home was gross upon move in, there was a huge bug problem and we were charged outrages charges upon move-out. I'm a very calm, non-confrontational person, and have never been treated so poorly by a professional business. September 7, 2013
