Rated 1 out of 5?by Rude and Condescending I was all set to move into Baxter Crossing until I had a most unpleasant experience with one of their Leasing agents. It seems that even if you are willing to pay your entire rent up front, they won't accept you unless you can prove an income they find acceptable. Does that make any sense? Had a much better experience with the professional staff across the street at Westmont. Very glad things worked out the way they did. Westmont is a much nicer property. June 1, 2013
