Rated 4 out of 5?by lyle great college apartment
The polos since bought by kirkland properties has been through some major changes. Most of these in my opinion have been for the better. The complex is now far better lit and feels a lot safer. The apartments are clean and the staff is quick to repair issues within the community. Other apartment complexes are to large.

Rated 1 out of 5?by DissatifiedTenant999 I would not recommend anyone to live here if they dont care for pests. It's not worth it.
The complex may be very affordable but I would look else where. The staff is not bad even though the manager gives you the run around. The apts may look decent on the outside but inside is a completely different story. They have bad pest and rodent problems. When u cook, the roaches come out for dinner. Kill about 10-15 per night before laying down for bed. They're all in the drawers and microwave. The furniture is old and outdated. The only nice thing about the apt complex is the pool. Noisy neighbors. They don't go by your roommate match. They put whoever in with you just to fill up the apt. Cant wait for lease to be up in a few months. Im going far away.

Rated 1 out of 5?by AbigailL01130 Warning: STAY AWAY COLLEGE STATION/POLOS....SERIOUSLY.
The College Station/Polos apartments in Starkville, MS might be affordable, but is NOT worth it. The staff are extremely rude and have no manners or respect for their tenants whatsoever. The staff "appear' to be "friendly" at first to lure you into renting from them, but once you have signed the lease, they treat you like garbage...seriously. No exaggeration there. Oh, and just to mention, if you have even one guest over, and the neighbor complains to the courtesy officer, no matter what time of the day or night it is, the courtesy will come banging on your door and tell you in a very rude way that if your guest doesn't leave since he/she is being loud to the neighbors, then the apartment staff will most likely evict you within the next few days.......WHAT KIND OF BULL IS THAT? Like seriously. Honestly, I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Please tell your friends or whoever is considering moving to these apartments to stay away......THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT......BELIEVE ME.

this is the worst apt ever. The service is too bad.people live there only because there is a shuttle nearby. When people live there have cars, they move out immediately.
Hope starkville provide other shuttle routines.

College Station The Polos is an apartment community full of many many people of interest. Some students have lived alone while others have made room mate friends and some have gone back and forth as they persisted with their education. College Station The Polos alumni include university teachers, fertility techs, barbers. People who have worked to advance themselves as well as humanity for all.

Rated 1 out of 5?by RD Get rid of this apt.
This apartment is the worst apt. Staffs are too rude and they charge you money for everything. Apartment is full of roaches and bugs. Be careful before you sign you the lease. And they charge you the money even after you terminate the lease. DON'T STAY IN THIS APARTMENT.

Rated 1 out of 5?by Student Don't waste your time, look somewhere else.
The leasing staff is very unprofessional and the customer service quality is poor. The amenities are terrible and the appliances are very outdated. The environment is awful. No security and the roads are awful in the apartments. I was worried that my tires and/or suspension would be ruined. Maintenance is very slow and delayed. The apartments are badly constructed. No one cleaned up the apartments prior to me moving in. Roommate matching was just bad. I'd pay extra to find better apartments and staff. The only good thing was that it was close to campus. I know they're cheap, but you really do get what you pay for.
