Rated 1 out of 5?by Don't waste your time, look somewhere else. The leasing staff is very unprofessional and the customer service quality is poor. The amenities are terrible and the appliances are very outdated. The environment is awful. No security and the roads are awful in the apartments. I was worried that my tires and/or suspension would be ruined. Maintenance is very slow and delayed. The apartments are badly constructed. No one cleaned up the apartments prior to me moving in. Roommate matching was just bad. I'd pay extra to find better apartments and staff. The only good thing was that it was close to campus. I know they're cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. Rated 1 out of 5?by This apartment community is over-priced & non-private. While some college students may enjoy rooming with others, I desire privacy. The prices that are charged here are ridiculously high for what one is expected to receive. Sole-occupancy would be ideal for many students as it provides an environment conducive to studying and relaxing without interference from room-mates (and their unruly friends). I just could not see paying that kind of rent for a place that I would have absolutely no control over. I was not impressed. November 4, 2012
