Rated 5 out of 5?by Dykes13 Would recommend to everyone! We have been living here almost a month. The apartment was bigger than we expected and the office and maintenance staff are exceptional. They are always improving the complex and the maintenance people have already came and fixed the few minor issue we had. It's is true that they have water issues and its very understandable they have many residents living her. However I can say that the few times the water has been off it was not very long and is usually when we would have normally been at work. We are very much so enjoying our apartment and as of now have nothing negative to report! August 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Brunyan89 Moving Up My husband and I have lived in the large 1 bedroom unit for two years now and have had a good experience so far. The biggest problems we have had are the old appliances breaking but the maintenance staff has done a great job of fixing things promptly. The managers are strict but so long as you pay your rent on time and hold up your side of the rental contract you should not have any issues (at least we haven't.) Since we moved here the parking lot has been repaved, fences have been added, and lots of landscaping has been done. I've also noticed that the appliances are being updated when units are being cleaned for new tenants. We also have a dog and a cat so the apartments are very pet friendly. June 4, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by FedupTenant Convenient Place to live Nice place to live, very convenient. Descent maintenance staff but the office staff is HORRIBLE. Some of us residents call them the two headed Marsha's. Both ladies are name Marsha and are the worst managers to deal with. They continually harrass and threaten tenants with evictions that dont pertain to us. The head manager for some reason thinks shes God and she can do no wrong. She constantly reminds people shes a christian when you've pointed out her mistakes. The other marsha is completely unprofessional and unfriendly and if you're not military she will totally ignore or overlook anything you try and tell her. I love my apartment but i HATE going into that office and dealing with the Marshas. March 27, 2013
