It has gorgous views and huge ponds filled with lovely ducks, geese and fish! The pools and clubhouse are great and the gym isn't bad either! There is always a potluck, bingo, zumba, party or fun event going on that the apartment complex hosts. The staff and people here are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Its like family away from family.The apartments are beautiful inside as well. I live in a three bedroom, two bath and its worth every penny. Every apartment has a lovely fireplace, hardwood floors and carpet, bathroom has tile and there is a washer and dryer connection. Very classy. We also have walkin closets and a extra storage closet is located on the balcony. The master bathroom bathtubs are oval shaped and very comfortable and we have his and her sinks. The walls are thick so myself and my neighbors do not hear each other. The only time I hear anything is when I keep my balcony door open. Depending on which apartment you get the balconys are small to huge. My balcony is huge and I really enjoy sitting out there, feeding the ducks and fish and watching the sun set. Its so beautiful at night. I have not had many maintenance issues here but when I have they came quick, fast and in a hurry to correct the issue. This place is very dog and kid friendly. Many kids live here and they are pleasant and friendly as well as many dog owners, like myself live here. There are doggie trash cans located all over the property so that you can clean up after your dogs and if perhaps someone misses picking up their pets waste the apartment complex has someone walk around making sure that no one has to accidently step in another persons pets waste.The parking is tight in one area but other than that plenty of parking space. This is a gated community and is located in a great part of Diberville/Biloxi, MS. This apartment complex is located near all of the awesome shops, restaurants and grocery stores. There is a library, post office, farmers market, City Hall and a bank are right across the street. LITERALLY, walking distance! Its a great deal! I am not paid to make this review, I just feel like people should know about it. I really wish someone would have wrote a review for myself to search when I first moved here. March 17, 2013
