Rated 1 out of 5?by 57chevy Save your money and go elsewhere Buyer beware. They will tell you how wonderful this place is and leave you pulling your hair out. The office staff is insane and mismanages rental payments. Losing payments and placing it under the wrong accounts or take forever to cash checks. They close maint. requests without ever repairing the issue, no matter how many times you send a request. You have to make an appointment to be there to make sure they fix it or flag down a maint. guy and beg him to come in an do the repairs. The walls and floors are paper thin. I can hear the dogs in the apartment above me running across the floor all day and night. The floor creeks and gives in certain places in my own space. I can hear my neighbors conversations and the music they play echoing throughout my entire apartment. I haven't had a peaceful nights sleep since I moved here. Beware of your neighbors renting 1br apartments and having 5-6 people living in it. The management knows this is happening and has not done anything about it. I am tired of strange people hanging out on my steps, drinking and smoking, and eyeballing my every move as if I don't belong there. When my lease is up in 3 months I am on the first thing smoking out of here. January 2, 2013
