Rated 5 out of 5?by CJ Just moved in and loving it! My boyfriend and I just moved into the Pioneer Endicott apartments and we love it. The parking is attached to the building and we thought the $75 per month fee was less than comparable apartments downtown St. Paul (some were charging $105!) and one place had parking two blocks away, we thought this was our best value.. We also felt that the rent amount was reasonable as well, far below anything in Uptown and Minneapolis and less than the other brand new apartments in St. Paul. We also have a dog and taking her out when I'm in a hurry is a hassle so the pooch porch was a nice option for us. The fitness center just opened and the party room/business center I was told would be finished in November. We knew this going into the deal, but we loved the historical features of this building. There was nothing like it anywhere that we looked. When it is all finished, it will be spectacular. We'd recommend living here. The staff has been great to deal with all through the process. We are looking forward to our year here. Thank you. October 29, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by SheRah Ghost Building, No Services Yet The Pioneer Endicott is a ghost in a neighborhood that feels considerably empty most of the time. There are good places and good selection in nooks and crannies, but hidden away, often not listed on search sites. The building doesn't have a finished entryway, and except for routine fitness room and a small pooch porch, none of the listed building amenities are listed. There's also a reason why the Apt rooms aren't shown. The washer and dryer are in front of a fake doorway for the closet, facing into the bedroom. No door. Blinking lights for the wacky flood warning monitor. The dishwasher, fridge, and kitchen sink basin are deplorably cheap. The parking situation is unbearable and terribly overpriced. It is parking in a garage further up the block on Jackson. The leasing agent hasn't had any move-in flaws fixed broken double door mechanism, broken shade molding, broken top shelf of dishwasher. However, security and routine staff care is amazing. We wish our feedback was better since the leasing staff were great during that process (we leased based on calls and websites before moving here). We understand this building is top rent for St. Paul, so we would feel badly if we didn't share our feedback. Overall, we like the space, but like I said, only the fitness room is complete and the entry area isn't even functional. For your designer rent you can look forward to meeting any guest, delivery person, or utility providing on the ground floor, as there's no door person and there's no intercom or call box of any kind. Rated 1 out of 5?by PioneerRenter Sold a bill of goods Pioneer Endicott will impress you with a wide range of amenities that are unfinished and dates for completion that continue to change. Make sure you can justify the cost for the apartment you rent only--not the additional amenities you will be promised. October 8, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by DiDi Pioneer Endicott Apt Building Very, very nice units. However, it doesn't justify the pricing and all the extra charges. Way too pricey! September 12, 2013
