Rated 1 out of 5?by Nicholas Cobblestone Terrible Management Long story short, my girlfriend and i were desperate to find our first place together, one not to expensive. We looked up Cobblestone from craigslist, sound very good with first month free. We schedule a time to see it. The guy that works the office, i believe would be the owner was VERY rude. He didn't acknowledge me much but acknowledged my gf quite a bit TOO much. Well, that very same day we gathered our paperwork, gave him the application fee, and he said he would return our call "tomorrow" once he runs our background. So we went home and i figured to read some reviews from other people, about a dozen reviews say managment was terrible. I am not the one to believe everything i read. so 3 days pass we haven't heard anything, so we decided to call, and the woman answered, and said "her husband was suppose to call us back and let us know we were approved" at that point i was upset because we were the ones that had to call to see if we were approved. So i told her that we weren't interested anymore and cancel everything. I was not going to deal with terrbile management for a whole year! But, when i told her we didn't want the place anymore her tone was snotty, she said "SO WHAT YOUR BACKING OUT?". wow. terrible terrible rude management. Im so glad i didn't go live there. On top of that there office was not professional at all. The apartment he was showing us was ground level, so small, on top of that the shelves in the closet and pantry looks like scrap wood for the backyard or something. Not worth living or spending your money. Plus, your vistors wont hae a place to park because they cant park on the side streets! POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED! May 30, 2013
