Rated 2 out of 5?by frustratedresident Needs improvement I've lived in this complex for over 3 years. The pool is nice and the location is fantastic. The rental office is terrible. We recently had a new person take over. I can never find the office person when I walk over and my phone calls are never returned. The sliding deck door does not close and it has not been fixed in over a year. Everything seems to break here, the laundry dryer, the refrigerator shelves, and the bathroom light fixture. This property is relatively cheap, but I expect more from the staff. I will be looking for a different apartment once my lease has ended. December 21, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5?by rufusm0nk Supportive staff I looked into renting at Park Trails because of it's proximity to my job as well as it's location to parks, trails, and shopping. I unfortunately call too late to for a November 2012 move-in, it is best to call 60 days prior if you are interested. I have always been told when I apartment shopped to wait 30 days prior but the staff was very nice and encouraged me to check back and even suggested other properties they owned, they are definitely a place I would check back with in the future November 7, 2012
